ROBERT ROSEPINK

Robert J. Rosepink has practiced law in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, for 40 years and is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust law, and transfer taxation.  Bob was previously a partner in two large Phoenix law firms, then senior partner of Rosepink & Estes, P.L.L.C., for 20 years.  He has practiced by himself since 2012.  He is a former Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.  He is a Fellow and Past President of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a non-profit organization which numbers more than 2,600 preeminent trust and estate lawyers across the U.S. and internationally.  He is also a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel and an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust law.  Bob is one of only three attorneys in Arizona honored to be a member of those three professional organizations.  Bob has spoken widely throughout the country and has published numerous articles in legal and financial journals during his career.  Bob holds a B.A. degree from Amherst College, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. degree from The George Washington University.  He has served on the boards of numerous charities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, including Scottsdale Healthcare Corporation (now Honor Health), Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation, The Phoenix Symphony Association, and the Arizona Community Foundation.
